SMBs Build Mobile Apps To Drive Customer Engagement
Small businesses are beginning to adopt mobile apps to their marketing strategies with 4% of SMBs in our Local Commerce Monitor™ say they use a mobile app in their advertising and marketing strategies. In a recent Clutch’s study, “Mobile Apps and Small Businesses in 2016“, Clutch asked small businesses for the primary reasons why they are investing in mobile apps. The study found the top reasons are to further engage their customers and to streamline internal business processes. Mobile apps help small businesses to drive communications with customers and run their businesses. Small businesses spend a lot of time wearing multiple hats and with mobile apps, they need the app to not only advertise but manage customer communications. This is also reflected in their choice of the most valuable features in the mobile app, customer loyalty and social marketing.
